The Hearing Examiner is a specialized land use attorney who conducts hearings and renders decisions on Conditional Use Permits, Special Use Permits, Variances, and appeals of the Planning Manager’s decisions.
The Hearing Examiner meets as needed and scheduled. For most development permit hearings meetings are held at 7:00 pm on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays as needed, though some meetings may be scheduled at other times. Hearings are held in the Council Chambers at 110 East Third Street.
