The Finance Department provides the City with the following functions:
§ Financial
§ Administrative
§ City Treasurer
§ Accounting services including:
· Payroll
· Accounts Payable
· Utility and LID billing
The department keeps City administration informed of the financial picture relating to revenues, investments and expenditures.
