Mission Statement:

Provide essential utility information and services in a timely and professional manner and increase customer understanding, satisfaction, and use of services provided.

What We Do

Utilities Administration staff support all departments within the Utilities Division by providing clerical, accounting, financial, administrative, and management assistance.  

In addition, customers may interact with us when they visit us at 154 W. Cox Avenue (near Haller Park) to inquire about or pay for:

• Water and sewer connection fees
• Side sewer permits
• Water meters
• Bulk water purchases
• Hydrant permits
• As-built construction drawings
• Development plan reviews

Please note, however, that billing for monthly utility services is handled by the Finance Department at 360.403.3421 and not by Utilities Administration staff.
